This sample Interviewee’s Release should be used when an interviewer or producer wishes to record interviews with another person for use in a podcast. It contains alternative clauses either for unlimited uses or enabling limits to be placed on the uses to which the interview and accompanying recording may be put. This sample release includes the most common terms that a person conducting an interview and the person being interviewed should consider and agree on.
