This contract template includes the most common terms which a Designer and Client need to consider and agree to. It is based on the premise that the Designer will either give the Client: the right to use the artistic works and any associated text that maybe considered a literary work; or transfer all the intellectual property rights in the Works to the Client, on receipt of full payment.
