This sample Games Development: Services Agreement should be used when a game developer or game development company is developing an interactive media project (Game) and wants to engage a third party contractor, such as an animator, programmmer or graphic artist. This is not an employment agreement.
This sample agreement includes the most common terms which the Developer and Contractor need to consider and agree to including the contractor and developer?s obligations, approval and consultation process, delivery and acceptance of the services, payment, disputes, intellectual property, moral rights and credits.
