This template Artist and Designer Agreement should be used when an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island visual artist, or group of visual artists, collaborates with:
- A designer in the fashion, textile or home furnishing industry; or
- A fashion house or label involved in the production of articles for the fashion and furnishing industries.
This contract template includes the most common terms which the parties need to consider and agree to.
