This template Cultural and Intellectual Property Policy – Filming/Photographing an Art Centre should be used by an Indigenous Art Centre (Art Centre) as a best practice policy in relation to any filming or photography by visitors or commercial visitors at the art centre.
In circumstances where a visitor is a producer and wishes to use a specific artwork in a film, then Arts Law’s template Film – Licence to Use Artwork is more appropriate.
