Collaboration Agreement

This sample collaboration agreement can be used when artists and art organisations are collaborating on a creative project whether through running workshops, or mentoring the creative process or otherwise. It may be used to govern the relationship between the individual artists creating the work and the organisation with overall responsibility.

It can also be used where an artist is working jointly with the local Indigenous artists to create a collaborative piece.
