Music Industry Legal Pack

This Music Industry Legal Pack includes fact sheets and checklists that explain some of the common agreements you might need to enter into as a music professional.

Arts Law and Simpsons Solicitors have prepared the Australian Music Industry Network (AMIN) resources to provide musicians with checklists and fact sheets covering common legal issues. These resources cover topics including band partnerships, bookings, management, master recording, distribution, synchronisation, producers, publishing, remixing, and video clips.  Each checklist covers key deal points and issues that arise along with a fact sheet which provides more detail on the terms that arise in each deal.

These resources are an AMIN iniative. For more information visit www.amin.org.au, speak to your local industry association, or contact Arts Law or a legal practitioner for more detailed advice and legal support.
