Run an Arts Law Workshop
Run an Arts Law workshop for your organisation
Contact Arts Law today to organise a workshop
Arts Law runs tailored seminars or workshops for tertiary education institutions, councils and arts organisations to help their artists understand more about their rights. We have been doing this for over 30 years and last year delivered more than 100 sessions nationally to over 2000 artists and arts organisation workers. We believe that the more artists know about their rights, the closer they get to protecting themselves in business and creating a sustainable arts practice.
‘I found the workshop really helpful… this has given me an insight into many areas of arts law that I wasn’t aware off.’ – Regional Arts Victoria workshop participant
How do we do it?
Arts Law can come to you and deliver the education face to face as a series of workshops, an intensive day covering a number of topics or as a single session. We can also deliver a session online or provide free legal advice clinics to workshop attendees. It all depends on the needs of your local artists, how many topics you’d like covered and your budget. To find out more about our educational services email us at [email protected] or call Arts Law on 02 9356 2566.
‘Presentation style was excellent, easy to understand, interactive and very engaging and our presenter was very knowledgeable about the topics and willing to answer all questions.’ – City of Sydney workshop participant
